    Step 1: Complete the Online Application. Fill out and submit the application form below.

    Step 2: Schedule Your Visit and Submit the Application Fee. After submitting the application, please schedule your visit to attend an Open Park Day. The non-refundable $25 application fee is collected during this scheduling process.

    Note: A child's space is fully reserved once the signed enrollment agreement and the annual $300 enrollment and materials fee are received.

    Step 3: Fill out and print the liability waiver. Please bring this form along to your open park day.
